Stacey Gray, RN BSN, WCC, OMS
Stacey graduated from Rivier University in 2015 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Stacey started her career in long term and acute care and then joined Cornerstone VNA in 2016. Stacey became Wound Care Certified (WCC) in 2017 and an Ostomy Management Specialist (OMS) in 2018. Stacey is an active member of the Wound and Ostomy team. Stacey is also a member of the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society.
Amy Dubois, RN, BSN, WCC
Amy graduated from the Granite State College in 2017 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Amy has long term care and rehabilitation experience. She joined the Cornerstone VNA team in 2015. Amy became Wound Care Certified (WCC) in 2018.
Roberta “Bobi” Mifsud, RN, BSN, WCC
Bobi graduated from the Syracuse University graduated in 1993 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Bobi has acute trauma care experience. She joined Cornerstone VNA team in 2014. Bobi became Wound Care Certified (WCC) in 2018.
Tesha Connors-Robinson, LPN, WCC
Tesha graduated top in her class from Intercoast School of Practical Nursing in October 2012. She is a Certified Wound Care Nurse and is currently in the process of applying to become the newest member of the NAWCO WCC Certification Committee. She is currently an active member of the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy Association. Tesha is also an active member of the Cornerstone VNA Disease Management Committee and the Telehealth program. She has been with Cornerstone VNA since March 2013.
Amy Coombs, RN, BSN, OMS
Amy graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2005 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Amy has acute care experience and experience as a diabetes educator. She joined Cornerstone VNA team in 2017. Amy became an Ostomy Management Specialist (OMS) in 2018.
Diana Bittner, RN, Perinatal Program Coordinator/ International Board Certified Lactation Consultant
Diana has over 30 years of experience, much of that time in the hospital setting as a nursery/labor and delivery nurse. Diana’s certification benefits the community by setting high standards for providing quality care and skilled technical management in the lactation profession. The IBCLC designation identifies her as a specialist trained to focus on the needs and concerns of the breast-feeding mother to prevent, recognize and solve breast-feeding problems. Diana has been with Cornerstone VNA since 1996.
Janice Newton, RN, CLC
Certified Lactation Consultant
Janice graduated from Wheelock College in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and in 2009 with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Great Bay Community College. Over the years, Janice has worked as an EMT for the Town of Wakefield, NH, as well as working in local hospitals, specializing in labor and delivery and pediatrics. Janice is a Certified Lactation Consultant and has been with Cornerstone VNA since 2018.
Danielle Welch, RN, CRNI
Danielle graduated from Merrimack College in 2006 with her Bachelor of Science degree and continued on to obtain her Associate Degree in Nursing from Great Bay Community College in 2008. Danielle started her career in the hospital setting and then joined Cornerstone VNA in 2012. Shortly after starting with Cornerstone VNA, Danielle joined the IV team and in 2015 became certified in Infusion therapy (CRNI). Danielle is also a member of the Infusion Nurses Society (INS) and has attended the INS annual conference.
Anne Carle, RN
Anne graduated from The University of New England in 2008 as a Registered Nurse with an Associate’s Degree. After working in a hospital setting for 12 years, as a Certified Nursing Assistant to RN, Anne joined Cornerstone VNA. She joined the Home Care team in 2012 as a Case Manager and is now the Clinical Coordinator managing the Telehealth program where she monitors patients closely on a daily basis. She also assists clinicians out in the field with any clinical issues. Anne is currently an active member of the Cornerstone VNA Disease Management Committee and The Smart Goal Team. Anne has been awarded the 2017 and 2018 Telehealth Honors®presented by Health Recovery Solutions. The Telehealth Honors®is the only program to annually recognize individuals and programs who provide exceptional patient care in the home using modern telehealth technology.
Elizabeth Taschereau, RN, CDE
Elizabeth is our Certified Diabetes Educator. She has over 20 years nursing experience in a variety of settings. She is a graduate of Northern Essex Community College Registered Nursing Program. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, which she feels adds balance to her nursing practice. Elizabeth has always enjoyed learning and sharing that knowledge. A family history of Type 2 Diabetes sparked her interest in Diabetes management. She has her certification in Diabetes education and manages the Home Care Program for Diabetes Self-Management. Elizabeth has been with Cornerstone VNA since 2005.
Patty DeSmith, PT
Patty is certified in LSVT (Lee Silverman Voice Treatment). LSVT began as a Speech therapy effort and then expanded to the OT and PT disciplines. LSVT is an innovative and clinically-proven method for improving communication and movement in individuals with Parkinson disease with application to other neurological conditions. Patty has been with Cornerstone VNA since 2013.
Katie Michaud, MS, OTR/L
Katie is a Home Care Team Manager at Cornerstone VNA. She graduated with her Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of NE in 2009. In 2017, Katie received her Master Trainer Certification in a program called “A Matter of Balance”. A Matter of Balance is designed to reduce fear of falling and increase activity levels among older adults. Through this program, Katie trains volunteers to become balance coaches who facilitate community balance classes. Katie has been with Cornerstone VNA since 2013 and is currently a chairperson of the Strafford County Fall Prevention Task Force.
Sandra Powers, RN Community Wellness Nurse
A graduate from Westbrook College she has over 25 years of experience in home care. Presently Sandy manages all of the Community Wellness Clinics and is board certified in Gerontology. She has worked at Cornerstone VNA since 1991.
