Certified Wound Care Nurses

Tesha Connors-Robinson, LPN, WCC
Tesha graduated top in her class from Intercoast School of Practical Nursing in October 2012.  She is a Certified Wound Care Nurse and is currently in the process of applying to become the newest member of the NAWCO WCC Certification Committee.  She is currently an active member of the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy Association.  Tesha is also an active member of the Cornerstone VNA Disease Management Committee and the Telehealth program.  She has been with Cornerstone VNA since March 2013.

Kristin DunbarKristin Wing, RN, WCC
Kristin graduated from NHTI in 2010 with an Associate RN degree. Prior to that, Kristin had worked as a Medical Assistant for approximately 8 years in local medical offices. In 2016, Kristin became a Wound Care Certified Nurse and is an active member of the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse Association. Kristin has a passion for wound care and enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team that provides patients with the resources needed to heal physically and emotionally.

JoAnn our Psychiatric Nursing Specialist graduated from the University of Michigan School of Nursing in 1972 with a BSN. She joined the homecare team in 1991 and developed the Psychiatric Nurse Home Care Program. She completed her certification in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing in 1997 and has been the Psychiatric Nurse Coordinator at Cornerstone VNA.

Certified Lactation Consultant/Newborn – Post Partum/Pediatric Nurse

Diana has 30 years experience, much of that time in the hospital setting as a nursery/labor and delivery nurse. Diana’s certification benefits the community by setting high standards for providing quality care and skilled technical management in the lactation profession. The IBCLC designation identifies her as a specialist trained to focus on the needs and concerns of the breast-feeding mother to prevent, recognize and solve breast-feeding problems. Diana has been with Cornerstone VNA since 1996.

Certified Intravenous Nurse

Danielle WelchDanielle Welch, RN, CRNI
Danielle graduated from Merrimack College in 2006 with her Bachelor of Science degree and continued on to obtain her Associate Degree in Nursing from Great Bay Community College in 2008.  Danielle started her career in the hospital setting and then joined Cornerstone VNA in 2012.  Shortly after starting with Cornerstone VNA, Danielle joined the IV team and in 2015 became certified in Infusion therapy (CRNI).  Danielle is also a member of the Infusion Nurses Society (INS) and has attended the INS annual conference.

Clinical Coordinator – Telehealth

Anne Carle, RN
Anne graduated from The University of New England in 2008 as a Registered Nurse with an Associate’s Degree. After working in a hospital setting for 12 years, as a Certified Nursing Assistant to RN,  Anne joined Cornerstone VNA. She joined the Home Care team in 2012 as a Case Manager and is now the Clinical Coordinator managing the Telehealth program where she monitors patients closely on a daily basis. She also assists clinicians out in the field with any clinical issues. Anne is currently an active member of the Cornerstone VNA Disease Management Committee and The Smart Goal Team.

Certified Diabetes Educator

Elizabeth Taschereau, RN, CDE
Elizabeth is our Certified Diabetes Educator. She has over 20 years nursing experience in a variety of settings. She is a graduate of Northern Essex Community College Registered Nursing Program. She also has a Bachelors Degree in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, which she feels adds balance to her nursing practice. Elizabeth has always enjoyed learning and sharing that knowledge. A family history of Type 2 Diabetes sparked her interest in Diabetes management. She obtained her certification in Diabetes education 2 years ago and is currently updating the Home Care Program for Diabetes Self-Management. Elizabeth has been with Cornerstone VNA since 2005.

Adult Health Screening Clinics

Sandra Powers, RN Community Clinic Nurse
A graduate from Westbrook College she has 17 years experience in home care.
Presently Sandy manages all of the Community Wellness Clinics.  She has worked at Cornerstone VNA since 1991.
