According to Andrea Patrick-Baudet, RN, CHPN, CHPCA, Hospice Director, “Flo is a kind, caring, dependable and positive person who truly cherishes her role to support the dignity and quality of life of our patients and families   She is the first to volunteer to help a team member or take an extra visit when a family is in need. She treats every patient as a whole person, not just a person that needs assistance because of their illness. She is the bar by which I judge what a Hospice LNA should be, and I am proud to have her on my team.”
