Caregivers Connect

Caregivers Connect Logo

About Caregivers Connect:  In 2016, Cornerstone VNA launched a special Caregivers Connect series and hosted educational events in May and November.  These events were generously underwritten by Federal Savings Bank and focused on caregiving for a loved one with Alzheimer’s.  Please visit often for updates and information regarding Caregivers Connect events.  You can also sign up to join our e-newsletter to receive alerts about upcoming events. The next event will be in spring of 2018.

Our goal with Caregivers Connect is to connect you with important information, resources and support to help you on your caregiving journey.  And remember… “When you feel like you can’t go any further, just know that the strength which carried you this far will take you the rest of the way” – Author unknown
