Cornerstone VNA Offers Hospice Care

Hospice is a holistic approach to caring for people who have terminal illness. It involves a team of trained specialists available 24 hours a day, who provide medical attention, pain and symptom management, emotional and spiritual support tailored to an individual’s needs and wishes. Hospice is not a place – it’s a concept of care that can be provided anywhere that a patient calls home such as in a private residence, nursing home, assisted living or hospital. Our hospice team also provides compassion and support to grieving loved ones during the illness and for up to one year beyond the loss.  Click here to learn more about Hospice Care.
